DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (RDLOPD), Shiroten 10 SLU 10 SLU undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the level of security of the data collected, in order to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the LOPD, the User is informed that the personal data collected by Shiroten 10 SLU, through the forms on its pages, will be entered into an automated file under the responsibility of Shiroten 10 SLU 10, S.L.U. and duly declared and registered in the General Registry of the Data Protection Agency, in order to facilitate, expedite and comply with the commitments established between both parties or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that they subscribe to or to respond to a request or query.
As long as the User does not communicate otherwise to Shiroten 10 SLU, it will be understood that their data has not been modified, that the User undertakes to notify any variation and that they have the consent to use them for the determined, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they have been obtained. They may even be used for commercial purposes of personalization, operation and statistics, and activities related to its corporate purpose, expressly authorizing Shiroten 10 SLU to extract, store data and carry out marketing studies to adapt the Content offered to the User, and thus improve the quality, operation and navigation of the Website.

In cases where representation is admitted, identification by the same means of the person representing the User will also be necessary, as well as the document accrediting the representation. The photocopy of the DNI may be replaced by any other legally valid means that accredits the identity.
Request with the specific reasons for the request or information to which access is desired.

Shiroten 10 SLU reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy, according to its own criteria, or motivated by a legislative, jurisprudential or doctrinal change of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The use of the Web after said changes will imply the acceptance of them.

Shiroten 10 SLU, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example and not exhaustive, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.). They will therefore be works protected as intellectual property by the Spanish legal system, and both Spanish and European regulations in this field, as well as international treaties relating to the subject matter and signed by Spain, will be applicable to them.

The User undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of Shiroten 10 SLU. The User may view the elements of the Website or even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of his/her computer or any other physical medium, provided that this is exclusively for his/her personal use.
